I.Productivity: 160~200 tons/hour (Under standard working condition)

Standard working condition: environmental temperature 20°C, standard atmospheric pressure, average moisture content of the cool aggregate 5%, temperature of hot aggregate 160°C, circulation time 45S, finished product is the medium-grained condition

Conditions related to production capacity:

    1. Average water content is the water content of aggregate surface. Water content inside will reduce the production capacity of the drying drum

    2. Environmental temperature

    3. Output includes the weight of bitumen and crushed sand

    4. Density of the aggregate

    5. Proportion of the aggregate feeding into the mixer should be correct and meet the standard

    6. Density of the mineral powder

    7. Aggregate should not be loosed, needlelike and flaky

    8. Altitude, which affects the calorific value of fuel

    9. Finished product should be medium-grained
